Alternate History in The American Truth

In the discussion of truth of well-known events, The American Truth promotes some beliefs in alternate history maybe correct. Alternate history is just a belief for a historical event that differs from that of the mainstream belief.

Obviously the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks is the main form of alternate history that is addressed in the book. But several other examples are brought up during the course of the book such as the John F. Kennedy assignation.

The American Truth proposes the history is written by the winning side. Therefore, many historical records have been slightly altered in order to better suit the motives and intentions of the parties in power. Since The American Truth suggests that secret societies and political groups such as neoconservative think tanks have a large influence of the politics of the current time, and these parties are likely to be ones that reshape history in order to push their own agenda.

Alternate history is not limited to recent events in the last few centuries. Most of the views for alternate history are for event in the distant past, such as beliefs about religious myths and ancient civilizations.

A sequel to The American Truth may look more of the alternate histories surrounding America, such as the roles of secret societies in founding America.
