Here's a good list of books to better understand 9/11 and other current events.
1. The New Pearl Harbor
The New Pearl Harbor (as referred to in The American Truth) is a classic piece of literature for the 9/11 Truth. If you’re a Christian, I also recommend Griffin's powerful book, Christian Faith and the Truth Behind 9/11
2. 9/11 Revealed: The New Evidence
A nonfiction book that that presents the 9/11 controversies with amazing clearity. I read the first version of this book in two days because it's written so well. Plus, the updated version (release date of July 30, 2007) features the latest research from the 9/11 Truth movement.
3. Debunking 9/11 Myths 
I actually recommend you read this counter argument to 9/11 truth. Then I encourage you to read Dr. David Ray Griffin’s latest book Debunking 9/11 Debunking.
Reading these two books back-to-back really makes you think and would be reading for a book club or discussion group.
4. 9/11 Synthetic Terror, by Webster Tarpley 
Tarpley digs deep into the logistics of how 9/11 could have been carried out. This 512-page book gives a complete analysis of 9/11.
5. 9/11 and American Empire: Intellectuals Speak Out, Vol. 1
A collection of essays from some of the most scholarly experts in the 9/11 Truth movement.
